Return or replacements for (Loose Gemstones) are subjected to inspect and checked by the Gems Tarang team.

Damages due to neglect, improper usage will not be included under our Returns & Replacement Policy.

Product should be accompanied with Original Product Certificate and Original/Copy of Invoice, packaging, documentation, lab certificates, discount coupons, etc

RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

For loose gemstones, you can return the gemstone with 100% money paid for the gemstone within the 7 Day period by meeting the above conditions.

Note: Shipping charges, certification charges, VAT and duties are not refundable.

Any customised jewelry created for you (rings, pendants, bracelets, etc.) cannot be returned or replaced for Money as we don’t sell used gemstones again.

Shipping Charges are not refundable.

Return Shipment is at customer's cost.

No returns or exchanges are accepted on healing crystals and Rudraksha products.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, an opening/UNBOXING video is mandatory.
Return of the amount will take 7-10 business days to process (from the receiving date of the product at our address).

Q. When does the 10-Day Return Period Start?

The 10-Days period starts from the day that you receive your product, as shown by our courier records.

Q. I bought 2 loose gemstones; I like one of them - can I return the other?

Yes, under our return policy on gemstones with 100% money back, you can return the other gemstone within the 10-days period.

Q. Can I return a gemstone that I purchased and got studded in a ring?

Not applicable. Our return policy clearly states that any custom jewelry along with gemstone cannot be returned.

Q. I am returning a loose gemstone. How should I send it?

In case you are returning a gemstone, please take the following steps:

 -You need to return the loose gemstone within 10-days of its purchase.
-Contact Customer Support and get a Return Authorization.
-Ensure that you keep all original objects that accompanied the gemstone like Original Product Certificate and Original/Copy of Invoice, packaging, documentation, lab certificates, discount etc.
-Pack the items carefully and send only through a reputed courier with insurance for the package. Take the courier tracking information and share with us.

We recommend that you send the product back through 'DTDC Plus' service from your nearest DTDC branch. This service assures Next Business Day (NBD) delivery on priority in all metros and major cities and minimizes any risk involved relating to delays, misplace or theft.

You may also have to ascertain which couriers accept jewelry. At times, customers have managed to circumvent this rule (at their own risk) by simply mentioning the product as "Artificial Jewellery" or "Astrological Product"

In case of dispute, the following terms are binding:

Gems Tarang does not make any guarantees or warranties about the advantages or effectiveness of our products. All future results, or lack thereof, are personal in nature and are not part of the transaction as stipulated in the bill of sale.

In case of any dispute regarding the genuineness of the gemstone after its purchase from the company, the same will be tested by the company from its Government Approved and Accredited Laboratory (Like IGI, IGI-GTL) and the report of the said Laboratory in this regard shall be final and the customer shall not dispute this report and shall not insist on getting the Gemstone tested from any other Laboratory.

All disputes are subject to the Courts of Delhi Jurisdiction only and any dispute arising out of the sale of any material/gem by the company in terms of Invoice, shall be referred for Arbitration under the provisions of Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996 by an Arbitrator to be appointed by the Company, which shall not be objected to by the customer and the decision of the said Arbitrator shall be final and binding on the customer.
